Spring is Here – April 2024
Friendly Reminder, with spring here, Invest West Management has began bi-monthly property inspections for the community.
In an effort to assist Whipple Creek Place Homeowners Association to remain a beautiful and pleasant place for all owners to enjoy and live, we would just like to take a moment and give you a friendly reminder on items they will be looking for in their rules enforcement for the Association.
- Please make sure all items are stored in the garage or behind a fence screened from public view and not left in front yards. Garbage cans and recycle bins are allowed on sidewalks the day before pickup days but should be removed the day after. Basketball hoops are allowed but can not be stored on the streets or sidewalks when not in use.
- Upkeep of building maintenance, this includes but is not limited to, roof and siding cleaning, and painting.
- Keep concrete surface, i.e. driveways and front walks free of algae.
- Please be sure to care for yards, i.e. mowed lawns and all areas free of weeds and debris.
- Please be reminded that all modifications to the exterior of the home visible from the street and major front yard renovation need to be approved by the Architectural Control Committee prior to work being completed.
- Please keep plants, bushes and trees trimmed away from the street sidewalks with a 7 foot clearance above them and cleared for pedestrian use.
- Please keep all vehicles off of all sidewalks and curbs.
- Homeowner’s along 149th, there are to be NO shrubs, hanging baskets, dirt or debris pushed up or touching the fence as the HOA paid for this fence and would like to prolong its life.
