Link to your Invest West Account
Homeowners can link to their Invest West Accounts and view account information, pay assessments, get an ARC form, see HOA documents including budgets, meeting minutes, and more. Just click on the link below to sign in to your account if you created one.

Note: After you login, you can expand or collapse the menu on the left, by clicking on < or > at the top of that menu.
Online Portal Set Up Instructions to Create Your Account
First time users will need to create and account using their unique account number and registration key that Invest West mailed to each Owner on December 12, 2024. If you do not still have those numbers, you will need to email Suzanne at sashby@iwmhoa.com and request that information before you try to create your account.
To create an account:
1. CLICK HERE to create and account.
2. Provide your desired email as a login ID.
3. Provide the requested information.
4. Click REQUEST at the bottom.
5. You will be sent an email with a temporary password.
6. Sign back in using your temporary password.
7. Click on “My Contact Info” and then “My Login” to change your password.

Email Option for Statements and Notices
Homeowners are highly encouraged to adopt email as their preferred way to receive billing statements and general communications including email reminders of assessment due dates, meeting notices, newsletters, etc. This will save on high mailing costs and help delay assessment increases or kept that increase lower. To consent to the email option, CLICK HERE to log in to your account, click on My Profile and Profile Settings, and check the circles to accept General and Billing Communications preferences, provide an email address, and click on Update and finish the process by submitting the popup window.
