December 1, 7:00 PM Association Budget Ratification Meeting
December 1, Association Annual Meeting immediately following above meeting.
December 1, Fourth Quarter Board Meeting following Association Annual Meeting.

Meetings will be held via Zoom. Dates and times could change in order for the Board to achieve a quorum to hold a meeting to conduct business. To log in to a Zoom meetings, on the Home page click on the event you wish to log in to and highlight the five line event venue, and right click to go to that link.

Any change in date or login will be posted on the Whipple Creek Place HOA website at https://www.mywhipplecreekplace.com or on the Invest West website portal for homeowners at https://portal.iwmhoa.com/login/. If homeowners plan to attend a meeting, it is there responsibility to check these websites for any change.

Homeowners are highly encouraged to sign up for email notices and assessment statements by going to their profile on the Invest West web portal at https://portal.iwmhoa.com/login/ and consenting to receive email statements and notice.

Note: Owners will only be sent one assessment statement each December for the next calendar year by mail or email if they consent. This statement will show the due date of each quarterly assessment and the amount due. It is the Owners responsibility to pay assessments on time. If an Owner consents to email statements and notices, they will get a quarterly email reminder.
PLEASE sign up for email notices and statements as his will save the HOA a lot in mailing costs and keep assessments lower when costs are escalating.
